Brother along time ago I also have the same question on my mind and I do a research about it and most of research sites say that out of every 100 views 5 people will subscribe your channel. But it depends on your content to.
Brother i think maybe this ratio is not correct as I have 1.1k views on my gaming channel but only have 27 subscribers.
Brother, it depends on the quality of your content. If you are uploading videos with high quality then this ratio will increase automatically. As in my country one channel gets 3 million subscribers in their first month.

You have to put alot of hard work into it
You have to be consistent with your video
Keep increasing the Quality of your content is mucy difficult
You have to be patience with youtube because it might take you a year to even reach 1K subs

I didn't promote any of my video outside of youtube
That's why you are not growing brother of facing difficulty while growing. Consider promoting your channel outside of YouTube, like on Quora.
Specially promoting our YouTube video on social media platforms also the best way to drive traffic.
Especially on Instagram reels. Because they are getting a lot of traffic nowadays.

Yeah brother I have a travel vlog channel. But I'm only uploading vlogs after I travel somewhere. I didn't start that in earning money purpose I just start it enjoy myself.

People are just jumping in because they are seeing people making a lot of money on YouTube but what they don't know is that person did very hard work to get to that level and they also have to put in hard work. Otherwise growing and making money will become the only dream for them.
